I am taking requests for custom appointments for August 2026. If you put in a request, we will be reaching back out about bookings for that time starting May 1st.

This is only to submit an idea for potential booking approval, this form does not guarantee an appointment.

Please fill out ALL of the sections, as it helps me out a lot. Failure to do so will result in your request being overlooked.

Submitting the inquiry form does not guarantee an appointment. If your tattoo idea is selected, you will be notified by email within 2-3 weeks of your inquiry. At that time you’ll receive information about scheduling and pricing. Please note that I require a deposit to hold your appointment at the time of booking.
